Ordering and Shipping

What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale orders?

The minimum order quantity of each of our models is very low, and it is generally ordered according to a medium package. They can be freely combined, as long as the total number meets the minimum shipping conditions

What's the lead time for orders?

The specific delivery time depends on the country of delivery, the mode of transportation, the quantity and complexity of the goods, and generally does not exceed one month.

What's your return policy?

We don't offer exchanges: simply initiate a return, then purchase the product you'd like instead.

In view of the fact that our customers are basically international customers, we can not be very satisfactory in terms of warranty service, but we have another guarantee for the quality of the product: if the quality of the goods does not meet our commitment, we will compensate you or re-ship to you in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
